Ramo Society offers local delivery throughout Denver and surrounding areas. Same day delivery may be available depending on order time, floral availability, and driver availability. While we always do our best to accommodate requested delivery dates and times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance. Please provide the recipient’s correct name, phone number, address, and any necessary gate, apartment, suite, or building instructions at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may leave the arrangement in a safe location, with a front desk, receptionist, concierge, neighbor, or another appropriate person. If the arrangement cannot be safely delivered, we will attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser for further instructions. Ramo Society is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information, restricted access, unavailable recipients, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside of our control. During major holidays and high volume periods, delivery times may be extended and same day availability may be limited. We recommend ordering in advance whenever possible.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
